Do you exercise regularily and just need some advice on what to eat and when? Our trainer is happy to help you learn how to eat right, not just healthy. Come ready to learn and take lots of notes! There is too much information for just one session. Our trainer will spend 3 sessions with you and supply you with a personalized caloric intake, recipes and a shopping list to start you on the right track! 

6 Week Challenge

The power that lies within group exercise is absolutely necessary to achieve greater levels of fitness. The most important muscle is the brain, and without it, greater levels of fitness is unattainable for the long hall. Sleep, nutritional timing, recovery and diligent-programmed exercise play huge roles in the growth and success of all people interested in bettering many areas of their life in and out of the gym. Group training has the comradery and accountability that anchors and empowers people to shine, push and grow beyond what they thought possible.

Life coaching is a great solution for people who are accomplished in many areas of their lives, but they still feel dissatisfied or unfulfilled in other areas. Often they are not exactly sure what is missing. All they know, is that they either want something more, or that they need positive change. Or both!

Our life coach can help individuals gain the clarity, and develop the necessary skills and mindset, in order to consciously manage and direct their lives. The coaching we do supports them to find their way to a life of balance, fulfillment, purpose, meaning, well-being and happiness. 

Our number one concerns when exercising should be, "Am I doing this exercise correctly and is this helping me get where I want to according to my goals?" "How do I know if this exercise is right for what my goals are?" "Do I have specific goals, and what is the importance of them if I'm already seeing results from what I am doing now?" "How do I know I am hiring the correct trainer?"

Questions such as these will help you develop a strategy about one on one training that will not only give you a sense of peace, but will promote your body's efficiency and correctly move you on the path according to your goals. You will keep long lasting injury at bay and energy levels higher throughout the day. This provides greater performance, a sleeker body, and elevated confidence in and out of the gym, while also providing anchors that will keep you interested and forever gaining new peaks of fitness!

One on One training is a great place to begin and learn more about yourself and your capabilities. Finding the right trainer is absolutely essential to effective growth in the least amount of time.

The Spartan race is difficult, but so is life. All those moments that you have felt incapable, too much to handle, too much to manage, but somehow you found a way. Now you are making strides to be better; not just for yourself, but more so for those who you have been called to serve and love! Keep stepping out, meet new people and let them encourage your heart so that you may help fill others along the way! 

The Spartan race is a great place to come together, mostly with people you have never met before. It's like that every session, and you find things out about yourself you never new existed, its pretty sweet!

Starting September 18th is our first 6 week challenge! This class is for all levels and stages of fitness. If you are brand new to the gym you will learn basic techniques and get a jump start on your fitness. If you've done the fitness thing for awhile there are class times available that will stretch even the most advanced athletes. We have a place for everyone and each person will receive a nutrition plan that will work plus lots more! Join this upbeat challenge that will leave you wanting more at the end! This will be life changing!!
